Conference Registration Fees

APPA Members: $350
Nonmembers:  $700

Members of APPA receive the member rate. In addition, lawyers who currently represent public power utilities, joint action agencies, or state/regional associations that are APPA members may also receive the member rate. Not an APPA member? APPA maintains the right to designate any APPA meeting or session as open only to APPA regular members (public power utilities, rural electric cooperatives, joint action agencies, and state/regional associations). The APPA Legislative Rally is not open to investor-owned utilities or other privately-owned energy companies.

Note: If payment is not included at the time of registration (payment via credit card if registering online; payment via check, credit card, or wire payment if submitting a registration form via fax, e-mail or mail), a $10 invoicing fee will be added to the registration price.

L&R Luncheon Table Reservations

Reserve a table at the Tuesday luncheon and ensure that your attendees and guests get the most value possible out of this annual event. Benefits of reserved tables include:

  • Preferential seating at the front of the banquet hall.
  • Three additional tickets to the luncheon.
  • Signage and advance notice of table location to ensure that attendees and invited guests are seated together.

APPA Member: $300 per table
Non-Member: $600 per table

Guest Registrations
All guest registrations must be accompanied by a Legislative Rally attendee registration. Guests may not attend general sessions or concurrent sessions unless otherwise listed in the conference program. Guests of attendees are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and L&R Committee Luncheon for a fee. Children 12 and under do not need to register.

Climate & Attire 
The average daily high for Washington, D.C. during the conference dates is 41o F, and the average daily low is 30o F. As meeting room temperatures vary, please prepare to dress accordingly. The attire for the Legislative Rally is business casual.
