Amy leads the American Public Power Association’s advocacy efforts before Congress, the White House, and federal agencies on a range of issues impacting public power. She has more than 15 years of experience in government affairs. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Florida and a graduate degree in public administration from Johns Hopkins University.
