Harry develops the American Public Power Association’s short and long-term financial plans and manages its annual operating budget. He oversees the Association’s day-to-day accounting operations and serves as liaison to the board’s Finance & Audit Review Committee and on the Retirement Plan Advisory Committee. He joined the Association in June 2008 and before that, worked in various industries from healthcare to defense contracting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Morgan State University.
