City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri has launched a new group called SWAG – Strong Women Achieving Goals. The mission of this group is to energize, empower, and enrich women to better their personal and professional lives. This will be done by establishing a strong support network for each other to handle day-to-day challenges and to support one another in career development. The goal of the group will be to bring professional women together to learn from each other and create mentoring opportunities.
