In an independent survey, Kentucky public power utility Owensboro Municipal Utilities recently received a 95% customer satisfaction rating for Fiscal Year 2023.
“The survey also provides useful information regarding our services and ways to better serve our customers including which billing options are most convenient, the best ways to communicate OMU news, and ideas for better service,” OMU said.
The survey reveals that the majority of customers (98%) consider OMU to be a reliable provider of electric, water, and telecommunications services. A total of 97% agreed that OMU is focused on providing excellent service.
The survey, conducted monthly by phone, measures customer attitudes about rates, service, and reliability.
OMU conducts the survey annually. The results have a margin of error of 3.8%.
