The purpose of this RFP is to select the MDM solution that best meets the needs of the utility,
not limited to operations, integration, and support. Preference may be given to hosted and/or
service as a software (SaaS) solution. The solution should be based on the criteria specified
herein and to generally set forth the Terms and Conditions for which the City of New Bern will
contract with the selected firm.
