The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:

PR-09-25 Waterline Construction for Blackbeard Hill RFP (St. Thomas)

A site visit will take place on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 9:00am AST.

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Friday, February 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., AST. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to offerors no later than Friday, February 28, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., AST.

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before, Friday, March 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., AST.
